Returns and refunds
Many Aga & Ink products are personalised or made to order using photographs, text or specifications supplied by you. Because these products are created specifically for an individual order, change-of-mind returns are not available once production has started, except where required by applicable law.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at agaandink@gmail.com. If production has not started, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Once a personalised item has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, materially different from what you ordered, or you received the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
Non-personalised items
For a non-personalised item, contact us promptly after delivery if you would like to request a return. Any approved return must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned for change of mind
Personalised or customised goods, gift cards, digital products and items marked final sale are generally not returnable for change of mind once production or fulfilment has started. This does not affect rights you may have for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service for approved returns.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund after we process it.
