These Terms of Service apply to your use of agaandink.com and to purchases made from Aga & Ink. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Store services
Aga & Ink provides memory-keeping products, including photo-led books, prints and paper keepsakes. Product availability, specifications and pricing may change from time to time.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, prohibited content, or an inability to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
3. Personalisation and customer-supplied content
When you upload or provide photographs, text, names, artwork or other material for personalisation, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that material and to ask us to reproduce it for your order. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
You must not submit material that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or is otherwise prohibited by applicable law. We may refuse to reproduce content where we reasonably believe doing so would be unlawful or would infringe third-party rights.
4. Proofs, cropping and colour
Where a proof or preview is provided, you are responsible for checking names, spelling, dates, layout and selected images before approval. Screen colours can differ from printed colours, and image cropping may vary depending on the selected format. We take reasonable care to produce the order in accordance with the final submitted or approved design.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices and applicable charges are shown on the website or at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before we are required to process an order. Any taxes or shipping charges that apply will be displayed where required.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Personalised and made-to-order products may be subject to different return rules from standard goods.
7. Intellectual property
The Aga & Ink name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, product designs and other store content are owned by or licensed to Aga & Ink and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, scrape protected content in a way that violates applicable law, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
9. Third-party services
Our store is powered by Shopify and may use payment, shipping, analytics and other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
We aim to keep store information accurate and the service available, but availability can occasionally be interrupted and errors can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, practices or legal requirements. The version published on the website at the time of an order will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to you.
